Dolly's Boutique ONLINE Return/Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order or the item received is not as described, and it is our error, then Dolly's Boutique will be glad to refund your money.
If there is a different problem with your order ( you've changed your mind, purchased a dress elsewhere etc...) Dolly's Boutique will refund your payment (minus a 15% restocking and handling fee). In a case where you return the dress for an exchange please add a check for $15 payable to Dolly's Boutique to cover the exchange expenses. There is also a 10% restocking fee for all single dress returns and exchanges.
Returns of two or more dresses have restocking fees as follows: two dresses - 15%, three dresses - 20%, four dresses - 25%. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-dress returns and exchanges. You must contact us via email and return the dress or other item within 3 days of receiving it in order for us to issue an RA (return authorization) number.

If the return package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock. Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable. If you request to exchange a dress for another size the second dress is NOT returnable. All goods must be returned in original condition. Returns are inspected for wear upon receipt. Items must have all original tags attached and in original packaging and not have been worn, washed, altered. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you at your cost.
